Carkeek Park now has 30, 216 salmon eggs at the Imprint Pond from the Suquamish Tribe’s Grovers Creek Salmon Hatchery for eventual release into the Piper’s Creek Watershed. But that’s not all!

Did you know that CWCAP raises 20-30,000 salmon eggs every Spring at Carkeek Park?  And there’s more: We also get 2 batches of 35,000 salmon fry (beginning at the end of January this year) and a third batch of Salmon in the Schools fish from local schools each year.
