EarthKeepers is a special summer day camp for exploring, learning and playing outdoors in Carkeek Park’s 216 acres of lush forest, meadows, wetlands, creeks, and beach. We offer activities to foster friendship, learning, creativity and leadership. On any given day at Camp you may find yourself exploring the tide pools, hike the many trails, play in a field, learn about nature, or create art. Different themes each week! The age range that camp is designed for is 6 – 12. The camp runs 9am – 4pm , Monday through Friday, (no camp July 4th).
EarthKeepers is the primary source of income for the Carkeek Park Advisory Council (CPAC) which supports many of the volunteer activities in the park including the salmon imprint pond, Pipers Orchard, the demonstration gardens, and the trail map.
